My co-worker loves his job.

Fresh out of college, I was not expecting to find the job of my dreams. I learned that not expecting may get you into interestingly frustrating situations. Working for the not for profit social sector can be disappointing. There is not enough money being injected into social programs, which makes my job and lifestyle harder to accomplish. Moreover, the more you listen to new stories it becomes apparent that what the people need is not what the people are getting. This redundant bureaucracy creates a never ending web of redundant phone conversations.
